First I want to start with I owed Roland this review a long time ago, but it's been a very busy first year in our new home! That's right Roland was a jewel finding us our new home last year right around this time. It was December 24th when he handed us our keys. Yep, just in time for Christmas, but let me but me put some meat with those potato's. I met Roland while entertaining the idea of owning a home in the future. If not mistaken it was in early 2020. The reason why I tell you this is I started dibbing into looking at homes I think I could afford and during that process I met a lot of realtors. I kept their card and one of which was Roland's. Now during this time I was not prepared to make a move, as a matter of fact I didn't know what it was going to be like, nor did I have my down payment saved up yet, but I stayed in contact with realtor's or should I say they stayed in contact with me. This is where the shining starts. Out of all the realtor contacts I had made, Roland was the only one that respected my timeline. Roland never pressured me, he always checked in when I asked, usually 3 months out, or more. This is what ultimately when me over, and little did I know I had a future diamond of a realtor. We couldn't have asked for a better agent! Roland originally reached out to us towards the end of last year because we requested to see a house via one of the real estate sites and he just so happened to get the request. We don't recall whether we ended up seeing that house or not since we were only casually looking at the time. There were other agents that had gotten assigned to us as well, but Roland was the only one that kept following up—and not in an annoying way—even though he knew we weren't serious buyers at the time. Rather, he always advised us to sleep on it first and to stick to the number we were comfortable with. At the end of the day, he knew what we were looking for and always steered us in the right path. Even after we closed, he still reaches out to us just to casually check in. It was a great pleasure getting to work with him as he made the process less stressful for us. If you ever need any work done to the house (e.g. plumbing, flooring), he has some great contacts he could give you as well. We highly recommend him without reservation!
