So if you’re a seller, this video is for you. I put together and wrote out this whole entire thing for you as a seller because the process can be daunting.
There are very important steps. And especially now in this shifting market, you really need somebody who knows what they’re doing when it comes to selling your home, because you cannot be like every other seller on the market.
You need to put in some effort and you need to make sure that you can trust somebody who’s going to get you the price that you deserve for your home. So let’s get into it.
So once you reached out to me before our initial meeting, I always send out a digital pre-listing packet. In this pre-listing packet, you’ll find a comparative market analysis, otherwise known as a CMA.
A CMA ultimately gives you a good rule of thumb of what your home could potentially sell for just based on data. You’ll also find a seller net sheet, which will show you the fees that you can expect to pay when it comes to listing your home and a general rule of thumb of how much you can expect to net in your pocket as a seller, once your home is sold.
And then you’ll also find a detailed explanation of my process, as well as some other things that I offer when I list up homes for my clients.
